Our mission goes beyond providing exceptional living options. Inspired by organizations like Argentum and the National Council on Aging, Harmony House works closely with policymakers and partners to increase access and affordability of assisted living, invest in workforce development and ensure that seniors’ voices are heard. We collaborate with a network of mission‑driven providers much like LeadingAge to become the trusted voice for aging across the United States.

Workforce Development
To deliver high‑quality care, we support investments in recruitment, training and retention of caregivers. We partner with educational institutions and industry leaders to build a skilled workforce.

Legislation
Harmony House engages at the local, state and federal levels to advocate for meaningful laws that protect seniors and their caregivers. We help shape legislation to strengthen programs like the Older Americans Act and ensure seniors can age well.
